Sanjaya, sarathi of the king..His very name signifies who is above Mayaa and hatred. The 3rd character is Arjuna a brave hero who is famous for his valor and best arrow man. The 4 th one is Bhagaban Krishna who became sarathi of Arjuna in Mahabharata war is above Mayaa. The place was Kurukshetra situuated between the sacred Saraswati &Brushadvati river. It’s length and breadth are 5 Yojna .It’s to the south of Ambala &north of Delhi. The place is very sacred and called Dharmaksetra as the place is famous for Deva Jajana and Mukti sadhana of all Bhutas.That means Gods like Agni, Indraji &Brahmaji made their Tapashya there. The king Kuru himself made rigorous austerity there. The Jiva who dies there goes directly to Baikuntha and thus gets salvation.

He asked Sanjaya that ” What my Sons and Panndavas were doing being gathered in the Dharmakshtra of Kurukshetra. “Dhrutarastra very well knew two sides went to fight there and then why such question.
