#Dr_Ashok_Tripathi is a distinguished former Member of the Passenger Amenities Committee (PAC), Ministry of Railways, Government of India (2016–2019) and former Independent Director & Chairman of the Audit Committee, Hindustan Photo Films Manufacturing Company Ltd. (Govt. of India PSU).

He currently serves as Chairman, Advisory Board, Council for Media & Satellite Broadcasting (CMSB) and Executive Director, Humanity & Peace Affairs, International Human Rights Commission (IHRC).

He holds an MBA and Doctorate in Company Law.
